First time Delivering Bibles.

Our ways and our understanding is nothing compared to God's.

"8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.

9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth,

so are my ways higher than your ways

and my thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:8-9

How many times do we find ourselves thinking, "oh well God would like this, or that..."

Around Spring of 2017. I prayed to God in Yeshua's (Jesus) name, saying that I would give Bibles to anyone I see outside their home.

I was walking through the streets of a small town on the outskirts of Mexicali, sharing the gospel.

As I walked through these streets. I came across this lady walking down the street. I did not know her. She was not outside her home.

To be honest I said to myself, "She doesn't count... she's not in front of her house." Trying to avoid the rejection I feared.

Something kept tugging at me, and I knew I had to approach her. So I came to her a little reluctantly and asked her, "Do you want a bible?" and she looked at me with a mesmerized look on her face and answered, "How did you know I was asking God for a Bible?!?!" I responded a little slow, and in shock, "Only God knows." She happily took the Bible.

Learning Lesson: Don't Assume. My/Your ways are not his ways.

First time Delivering Bibles, Part 2

Have you ever read the verse:

"10 Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”

11 The woman said to him, “Sir, you have nothing to draw water with, and the well is deep. Where do you get that living water?

12 Are you greater than our father Jacob? He gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did his sons and his livestock.”

13 Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, 14 but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again.[a] The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:10-14

So the Holy Spirit reminds you of Yeshua's words. Has it ever happened that you are reminded of a verse and somehow something similar ends up happening in your life.

Well that verse was in my head. As I was almost finishing my journey in this small town.

I passed this home where a kid and a teenage girl were in front of their house, and I said to myself once again, "Oh he doesn't count, he wouldn't be interested in a Bible." So I walked on ahead, past a few houses. Then the kid runs up towards me and says, "Would you like a glass of water", Through my experiences, I knew this was not a coincidence.

So I looked at him and asked, a little suspicious about the whole thing, "Would you like a Bible?" He took the Bible out of my hand and with so much excitement looked back at the teenage girl he was with and screamed, "I got a Bible!" as he ran back towards the teenage a girl.

I shocked, I didn't see it turning out that way. We all kind of have that preconceived notion about how things are going to happen based on what we have learned in our life's.

AFRICA

God does Amazing things!

UGANDA, AFRICA

Missionary Leader's Testimony

"Jesus Cares Ministries"

"The Lord called 9 of us to go to Uganda.

We went on November 2018, a 9 day trip. After 52 hours of travel each way.  We were able to be in the village of Gulu, Lukome for only 3 1/2 days.

But very powerful days.

The Lord called about 120 in to His life.  One man became sober at the sound of His name, one man became deliberated from being demon possessed, and wanted to show his gratitude by donating the only thing he had: land! not knowing that we have been praying for it so we can build the sanctuary to a church that had been planted a year prior.

We got to celebrate the one year anniversary of the church and distributed bibles God sent with us prior to our departure.

We give All honor and glory to our Heavenly Father. "

Sometimes we pray for people, nations, or rulers. My mom began praying for Africa around the beginning of 2018. God provides!

We are guided by the Holy Spirit, God Moves!

Our Uganda Testimony

God put in our hearts that he wanted us to send Bibles to Africa.

How? Who? When? and Where? came to our heads. We try to reason as people do to God's plans. God is God he knows everything and through our Lord Yeshua (Jesus) Christ helps us, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

So we didn't know what to do, so we asked for a confirmation of where God wanted to send the Bibles. While praising in the spirit my mother kept repeating a word, she asked me to look it up.

I did and I was excited, because the word that was given to her was an African dialect and the meaning was African People.

As for me the word Uganda kept appearing in my head.

So then we prayed to God to guide us on how to send the Bibles to Africa.

Someone came to our house that day in the evening, it was the previous homeowner's son-in-law. He came and my mom got to speak with him. And what do you know he happens to mention his church is going on an African missionary trip soon.

Excited because we knew this was from God. We ended up getting into contact with the person in charge of setting up the Mission trip (Jesus Cares Ministry).

A few weeks passed and I had a dream compelling me to go to the Church the son-in-law attended. I knew God wanted us to attend that day but did not know why. I told my husband we have to go to this church. This is not our regular church but we had to go. There was two services, Morning around 8 and the second one, around 10. At first we wanted to attend the first service but misread the times that were posted and ended up going to the second service not knowing that this was all in Gods good timing and plans.

When we arrived we saw the son-in-law, he explained to us that he was planning on attending the earlier service as well, but that he felt that he needed to come to the second service.

As worship was ending, to our amazement, they announced they were going to call up the missionaries leaving to Africa!! We had no idea they were going to talk about the mission trip let alone present them at this time, on this day. To our knowledge the mission trip could have already left for their trip. We had no idea! But God knows. It served as a confirmation for everything.

The organizer of the mission trip and creator of "Jesus Cares Ministry" spoke that morning. Giving her testimony to the trials they had to go through to set up the trip, find the right people, difficulties acquiring all the necessities, etc.  Lastly she talked about how God spoke to her telling her that she needed to bring bibles on her trip for the people of Uganda. She spoke stating she no longer had enough funds for bibles and did not know how she was going to get enough money to buy bibles on top of everything else that was needed to be paid for. Then a unknown donor contacted her wanting to donate bibles for her trip to Uganda. Neither side knowing what the other was doing. Being led by the holy spirit trusting in our lord and savior knowing his goodness and trusting in his truth and love. Knowing he always provides coming through when it appears impossible to the carnal mind. But in spirit and in truth there is nothing impossible for God our Father.

God is Good.

When they came back from the missionary trip we realized how much God had done in our lives and everyone involved. The testimony and experience was nothing short of awesome.

1 Corinthians 12

"12 Now concerning[a] spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed. 2 You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led. 3 Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit.

4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; 5 and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; 6 and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.7 To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.8 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.

12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves[d] or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.

14 For the body does not consist of one member but of many. 15 If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell? 18 But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose. 19 If all were a single member, where would the body be? 20 As it is, there are many parts,[e] yet one body.

21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24 which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.

27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. 28 And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, administrating, and various kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? 31 But earnestly desire the higher gifts. And I will show you a still more excellent way."

1 Corinthians 13

"13 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. 3 If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned,[a] but have not love, I gain nothing.

4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;[b] 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

8 Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. 11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. 12 For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.

13 So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love."

And Again:

"7 Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. 8 And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 concerning sin, because they do not believe in me; 10 concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer; 11 concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged." John 16:7-11

God is Perfect.

So I had bible stored away, ready to be given. One day I decided, that I needed to give them away.

I'm like OK it's TIME. I'm going online, on the neighborhood website and posting them. Maybe whoever needs them will message me.

I was ready, about to finish. When the name BETHEL came to my head. It was so clear. One of those moments, your not thinking about anything else and it just came to my head.

I know the Holy Spirit is guiding me and God through our Lord Yeshua know everything. So then I decided not to post and wait.

It was then the middle of the night when I wake up from a pain and I start praying. As I was praying BETHEL came to my head. I knew, this is not a coincidence. BETHEL is a name of a Church. So I decided I would go the next morning at the time God would tell me to go.

I prayed to God for him to let me see his hand in this. My mom had an appointment that day, and I decided to go around that time. Then I ended up being late, according to me for some reason or another.

My husband and I drove to that Church and I had asked God that I wanted these bibles to go out there, to people. My Husband was reluctant to go, but at the end he took me anyways. He told me that it didn't make sense to go to Church early on a week day, that no one was going to be there.

Services there are usually in the evenings through out the week. As we arrived, we saw a man and a women in the parking lot of the church, packing some stuff in a trunk of a vehicle. I decided to approach, since I know it wasn't a coincidence. I asked this man if he needed bibles.

He said that he did and that he was actually on his way to talk to some deportees about God.

At one point he asked if sister so and so told me he was here, I said that no I didn't have any idea.

God has the perfect timing. He knows everything.

"7 For we walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthians 5:7

God has called us to Perfection in Obedience through our Lord Yeshua Christ of Nazareth.

"48 You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect." Matthew 5:48

Once again, I was called to give bibles to Bethel, this time I had confirmation a day before, that the bibles were going to go to Bethel.

This time the confirmation came through my mother as she received word.

"32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:32

God uses people to give you word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, through our Lord Yeshua Christ of Nazareth.

Please believe that through our Lord Yeshua Christ that their is salvation through his name, for all who believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

So when I woke up the next day I asked God through our Lord and Saviour Yeshua, to tell me when to go. The word Morning came to my head.

I knew to trust in God. This time my mom told me that it didn't make sense to go in the morning since no one is there. My husband on the other hand, this time did not oppose.

As we left I prayed to God. As we were arriving this came to my head, to give the bibles to the first person I see.

As we arrived and parked, the lead pastor of the youth group came outside one of the doors of the Church.

My husband approached him and asked if he needed bibles. He responded that he was actually looking for bibles because they were going to go to a local high school.

God is good, talk to him through our Lord Yeshua Christ of Nazareth.

We felt lead to do a community outreach in Somerton, Az so we teamed up with a local church "Casa de la gloria de Dios" to set up this Community outreach.

Praise God as he provided and as he always does, giving us enough man power and resources to have live music, power, event permits, bibles to hand out, and prayers.
