We are a professional and certified company that conducts forensic investigations of electronic devices, with the objective of locating evidence of relevant information for the client.
Within the data we look for suspicious activity, deleted data, manipulation of information and changes of your system or your electronic devices.
The techniques we use are safe, in which the information and integrity of our customers is a priority. One of our main strategies is time maps to find facts in your system.
As final evidence we provide a report of activities found in the investigation.
Please Know.
A case takes around 5- 15 man hours depending on the complexity of the case, this is not counting processing hours by software, imaging and other processes needed for a forensically reliable solution. The case takes around 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the drive & the amount of information you need.
We will need the device for the Forensic process to make a Forensically sound Image.
Please note if it is a mobile device, the Forensic Imaging process will take around 10 minutes to an hour to complete and we do not keep mobile devices.
For all other devices, the device is returned at the end of the Examination. We will work with you if you need the device before the Examination is finished.

We can pick up the device or for mobile phones travel to acquire the extraction; traveling fee is $125 per hour per travel time.
Please note before commencing service a Service Agreement has to be agreed upon and signed, some data may not be retrievable depending on the device.

To better assist our clients we do not charge at an hourly rate, we charge an upfront flat rate per device.
Please note that the payment is divided into two payments. The first half of the payment is due prior to the Examination and the other half at the end.
