The case takes around 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the drive & the amount of information you need.

We would need physical access to the device to complete the extraction.
Please note if it is a mobile device, the Forensic Imaging process will take around 10 minutes to an hour to complete depending on the size of the device.
Mobile Devices can be extracted on the spot depending on the Mobile phone capacity.
Please note some data may not be retrievable depending on the device.

We can pick up the device; traveling fee is $125 per hour per travel hour.

Prices
To better assist our clients we do not charge at an hourly rate, we charge an upfront rate per device.
Mobile Device Plan. $600.00
Basic Plan per Device. $1,650.00
Stand Price per Device. $1,850.00
Basic Plan includes devices up to 1TB.
Stand Price included devices up to 2TB.
For more than 2TB per device, please consult with the Analyst.
Please note that the payment is divided into two payments. The first half of the payment is due prior to the Examination and the other half at the end.

After you make an appointment, an analyst will reach out to you to collect case details and an agreement will be sent to your e-mail after you schedule an appointment.

At the appointment you will meet with an Analyst to begin the Forensic Examination process.
