A case takes around 5- 15 man hours depending on the complexity of the case, this is not counting processing hours by software, imaging and other processes needed for a forensically reliable solution. The case takes around 1 week, depending on the size of the drive & the amount of information you need.
To examine the mobile device we need to make a forensic image (similar to making a copy). The Forensic Imaging process will take around 10 minutes to an hour to complete and we do not keep mobile devices due to quick extraction times, unless multiple devices or special circumstances arise.

If you have a mobile device and are outside of the Southern California are, we are also able to travel to your location to extract; traveling fee is $125 per hour for travel time.
Please note before commencing service a Service Agreement has to be agreed upon and signed, some data may not be retrievable depending on the device.
Prices
To better assist our clients we have created a flat rate solution.
Basic Plan per Device. $850
Please note that the payment is divided into two payments. The first half of the payment is due prior to the Examination and the other half at the end.

After making an appointment an agreement will be sent your e-mail after you schedule an appointment.

What's Next.
Once you've scheduled an appointment. At the appointment you will meet with an Analyst to begin the Forensic Examination process.
